FHIIT Is a movement towards a health conscious Community

A warehouse box gym that’s different from a normal conventional gym and offers a new and exciting way of exercising with a combination of both HIIT and CrossFit workout methods. A more open space and proactive workout routine which improves agility and mobility of an individual than a normal workout routine.
